Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Trazor, a trading journal and analytics service (the "Service") operated by FiveChain ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
1. The Service
Trazor imports your trading activity from connected exchange accounts and turns it into a journal, statistics and analytics. The Service is informational software only. It is not a broker, exchange, wallet, or financial institution, and it does not execute trades, hold funds, or provide investment advice.
2. Eligibility and your account
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract to use the Service. You sign in through a supported provider (such as Google) and are responsible for keeping your account secure and for all activity under it. You agree to provide accurate information.
3. Connecting exchange accounts
To import your data you may connect exchange accounts using read-only API keys, and you confirm that you are authorized to connect them. We use the keys solely to read your trading data — we cannot and will not place trades or move funds. You can disconnect a key at any time, which deletes the associated trading data.
4. Subscriptions, trials and billing
The Service offers a free plan and a paid “Pro” plan. Pro features are free during a limited trial period; when the trial ends you continue on the free plan unless you subscribe. Paid subscriptions are sold and processed by our Merchant of Record, Paddle.com, and renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel at any time — see our Refund Policy for cancellation and refund terms.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service, including attempting unauthorized access, reverse engineering or scraping the Service, interfering with its operation, or abusing free trials or referral rewards (for example by creating multiple accounts). We may limit or suspend access for violations.
6. No financial advice
Trazor provides analytics about your own past trading. It does not provide investment, financial, tax, or legal advice, and nothing in the Service is a recommendation to buy or sell any asset. Trading crypto assets involves substantial risk, and you are solely responsible for your decisions.
7. Data accuracy
Analytics depend on data provided by third-party exchanges and may be incomplete, delayed, or inaccurate. We work to reconcile and correct data but do not guarantee its accuracy, and you should not rely on the Service as your sole record for tax or accounting purposes.
8. Intellectual property
We own all rights in the Service, including its software, design, and trademarks. You retain ownership of your data and grant us a limited license to process it to provide the Service, and — only if you opt in — to display content you choose to share publicly.
9. Third-party services
The Service relies on third parties such as exchanges, sign-in providers, cloud infrastructure, and our payment provider (Paddle). Your use of those services is subject to their own terms, and we are not responsible for them.
10. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any trading losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
11. Termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or to protect the Service or other users. Some provisions survive termination, including limited data we retain to prevent abuse, as described in our Privacy Policy.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes we will notify you through the Service or by email, and continued use after the changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, unless mandatory consumer-protection laws of your country of residence provide otherwise.
